What is the production time?

Production times may vary depending on the season. Should any delays occur, you will be promptly notified, and the shipping times will always be kept up-to-date on the website. Current production times are as follows:

- 15/20 working days for made-to-order garments.

- 1-3 working days for ready-to-ship items.

Can I request changes to a dress?

What if I am between two sizes?

If you're uncertain about a size, I encourage you to include your measurements in the "Note" section when placing your order, or contact me right after so I can help determine the best fit for you. You can also refer to the Size Chart for guidance.
